DIVERSITY BOX is a [SSEX BBOX] initiative intent on promoting LGBTQIA diversity and gender equality as well as social inclusion of diverse sexualities and gender expressions in businesses through strategically combined education and communication that encourage cooperative change for a more just, democratic and equal society.
We organized the 1st International [SSEX BBOX] conference in partnership with the Mix Brasil Diversity Film Festival in São Paulo (November 17-22, 2015) as part of the 23rd annual Mix Brasil Festival of Culture and Diversity (November 11-22, 2015).

In this critically political moment in Brazil, during these intolerant times, a few of the possible paths that we can collecitvely call upon are information and unity: we must unite and educate ourselves to resist and offer knowledge against patriarchal, sexist, racist, misogynistic, and LGBT phobic attitudes and initiatives.
