> Communication channel(s) (e-mail, WhatsApp): creation and mediation of an online environment(s) in which LGBT managers and collaborators may exchange experiences, information, and feedback about the inclusion process.
> Questions and issues support: Online and offline support available for issues and questions related to the inclusion process.
> Focus groups: the organization and facilitation of focus groups with LGBT associates so that they may receive support during the inclusion process
